Great complex overall

Its a great complex overall the girls in the office will go overboard to make your stay the best that they can especially leah my fav is so sweet and nice. The only issue i have is the residents they wont clean up after their pets the property is aliitle on the dirty side and my son has even commented about not wanting to walk outside because of piles of poop everywhere and hes only 8 years old if that was tooken care of this would be the best apartment complex ive ever lived in.

The Armon Bay Apartments is a nice complex with quiet neighbors. It's affordable, It's close to all of your favorite fast foods and there is a lot of friendly people that live around the area. It's such a safe environment for the community. Who wouldn't want to live here?

I have lived here for the past 6 months and I love my apartment. The office staff is very helpful and maintenance is prompt to any maintenance issues I have. The price is amazing and location is great. I highly recommend Armon Bay Apartments.

Its great, front office is open Saturdays, the maintenance is great and very on top of things, there were some issues with mailbox break ins but they put up a iron door with a code. Maintenance takes care of lightbulbs, batteries for the thermostat and filters for ac. Its a great complex. Rent is well priced considering location is pretty great, dont worry about being next to the hospital, ambulances come in silent. Parking, u get an assigned spot, but it could be situated oddly away from your ...
actual apartment. Walls aren't too thin, has to be yelling to really hear through to your neighbors, inside its kind of thin. Oh and towing company does come through so park right, and stay up to date.
