February 26, 2026I seldom give 5 starts for anything as there is always room for improvement. I do wish people in this complex took more pride in their environment. In the trash room is all kinds of discarded things. I have picked up and tossed all kinds of stuff fallen by the large recycle bin. Just annoying.Property Manager Responded

February 1, 2026I love living at Arrive! The location is perfect with lots of stores nearby as well as access to main highways. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe and a lot of people spend time outside (especially at the park across the street). There is a decent amount of families with children here, but also a lot of young adults with dogs. It's a clean and quiet area for the most part. Amenities are great and staff/maintenance are super responsive. Other residents are friendly in the elevators ("have a ...good day" etc.), but tend to keep to themselves for the most part. The biggest issues are: -The water being shut off 1 day/~every other month due to a leak in the garage -Getting your car out of the parking lot due to lots of snow or ice (they do plow, but sometimes can't get out there before people leave for work) -Cars parking in the fire lane -Barking dogs (every once in a while) -Crying kids (every once in a while)Property Manager Responded

Location is great, close proximity to a ton of businesses and parks/trails. November 21, 2025The unit itself is very spacious and has so much room with a homey atmosphere. The building and hallways tend to have some very fixable things like rips and stains in flooring or walls and things like that. There are very great amenities though with lots of space to work or lounge and a decent sized workout room. Overall a great place !Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2025Fot the most part, I like being here. The different events are nice. Mostly quiet, though I am sometimes surprised at how sound travels. Like a barking dog. Mercedes was a big help in this area, though and I really appreciated it.Property Manager Responded
