February 1, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI love living at Arrive! The location is perfect with lots of stores nearby as well as access to main highways. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe and a lot of people spend time outside (especially at the park across the street). There is a decent amount of families with children here, but also a lot of young adults with dogs. It's a clean and quiet area for the most part. Amenities are great and staff/maintenance are super responsive. Other residents are friendly in the elevators ("have a ...good day" etc.), but tend to keep to themselves for the most part. The biggest issues are: -The water being shut off 1 day/~every other month due to a leak in the garage -Getting your car out of the parking lot due to lots of snow or ice (they do plow, but sometimes can't get out there before people leave for work) -Cars parking in the fire lane -Barking dogs (every once in a while) -Crying kids (every once in a while)Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

The building and hallways tend to have some very fixable things like rips and stains in flooring or walls and things like that.
