Evictee Review - I lasted 4 months
February 15, 2020Asbury was a waking nightmare. The outside is in shambles, structurally speaking. Maintenance dude is spy for mgmt, Management was angry that I 1)painted my front door with pro products & skill.2) knocked on a friend's door.3) Rescued a locked-in abandoned cat. Although Mgr took all my deposits, pet deposit & fee- evicted me for violation, she did me a HUGE favor. I now live in an apt that has good maintenance/mgmt! Inside did have roomy storage and ok kitchen. BR ok. Bedroom ok. Windows in front ...- plexiglass at bottom. Not secure at all!! I left the unit way cleaner than I found it. If you must stay there, stay in your apt, then run to your car. Leave immediately, don't talk to anyone. Lisa was unprofessional & punitive. Had no biz wearing a bikini and swimming with residents on one notable occasion, in the pool, which was ok. Stood out like crazy in contrast to Beirut-like architecture.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Would not recommend
May 30, 2018Units are known to have bed bugs and mice. Landlord is extremely rude and unwilling to assist. We had mice for 4 months and the landlord kept saying there isn’t anything she can do but put out traps. The noise from outside is ridiculous at night and no one ever addressed the situation.Review from Apartments.com
Friendly, Famil and Quiet environment.
January 4, 2018I have been here since 2015 and I love it. The manager is very nice and wants to get to know all her residents. The maintenance man is very good at his job. The upgrades have made the apartments look amazing. Definitely 5 stars. The manager has pool parties, back to school parties, Halloween decoration contest, National night out parties, toy drive contest, food drive contest and even decorates Christmas cookies with the kids.
