I don't even know where to start with this review because the apartments are a mess! Let's start with the outside...feral cats, dumpsters are a mess, and every now and then a random toilet outside. Now on the inside, thin walls so you will hear all the children running around and screaming while running past your door, once I had 2 mice in my apartment, I've been asking for my A/C unit to be fixed since April (and I live on the 3rd floor, so not only is it hot..it's extremely hot from the heat
...rising and my apartment faces where the sun rises) they kept lying saying they fixed it for months until they gave me a window unit. Originally the window unit was supposed to be a temporary fix until they purchased the part needed for the main unit. It's now September and they took my window and still have not fixed the main unit. Plumbing, my neighbors below were complaining about a leak coming from apartment. I noticed my toilet was leaking from the handle and when maintenance came, he said it was coming from the shower and I needed a new shower curtain. This was around June and now the toilet hasn't worked in 2 months and I'm unsure if they ever did anything for the neighbors below. You will have roaches and maybe even mice, after my toilet went out, I went to stay with family (thinking it would only take a day or two to fix all of my issues..idk why I thought that after it took forever just to a get a window unit) and went back after a week to find the apartment was INFESTED with ROACHES! Please don't waste your time and money. Every time I go to the office to complain, there are 3 to 4 others there to complain as well. All of the following reviews are correct as well.
