The apartment has black mold and bad roach problem. The rent amount was raised from the original price and includes a fee for pest control every month. I scheduled an appointment for pest control with the front office. Pest control came out and sprayed one time behind the oven and said to contact the front office to schedule an appointment again.

Lived here for years. This apartment has a good Maintanance and trash service. The leasing office timings are pretty convenient and the staff at the leasing office are very professional. If you are looking for an apartment ask for Monali,Shamim,and the Manager Azam.

I really like this place been living here from last 4 years we were thinking to move somewhere else because of some problems with other staff members but The manager jiesh he gives us the good deal Nd show us the nice front apartment he is a nice person Nd very helpful. Living in this Apartment past 3 years amazing apartment with all necessities. Very cooperative staff always their to help you. Staff shamim is very cooperative and very soft spoken lady . Nicely understand the issue and resolve as soon as she can.i recommend to live this apartments everything is close by this apartment , and rent is convinent. Good neighborhood.
