Do Not Move here
December 26, 2024Do not move here. Been 5 years and they have not made not made one update to my apartment. They have recently painted the exterior of the apartments but that’s like putting lipstick on a pig. I highly recommend a thorough walk through because these apartments suck. I had to fight for a new ac unit and they just took one from another apartment. I’ve asked for updates they said I’d have to move into a different unit and go through the application process as well.Review from Apartments.com
WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!!
June 30, 2024Do not lease here! I've been here for 7 years and since Ashford Communities took over this complex has been run to the ground! Management is such a joke. I was told they are not here to fix the ongoing issues of almost every tenant but to charge fees that the previous management did not do. The new manager is horrific as well as the staff. The complex needs to be condemned. Wood rot throughout and every single building has chipped paint. Look at all the reviews on every site. Don't lease ...here... you will regret it. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS and they charge so many additional fees. Run... don't walk from Ashford Strawbridge!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
