Management not helpful or reliable, they never answer the phone or the door. Maintenance issues go MONTHS without being taking care of. As long as they’re getting their money , they could careless about the tenants or their well being.. make sure that they have a safe place to stay. Filled with rodents , and they think that spraying ONCE a MONTH is going to solve anything when they don’t put their foot down about tenants trashing the place , leaving garbage everywhere n much more.
