Love this apartment complex in Spring Branch
May 23, 2025I want to start by saying that Aspenwood Apartments is a beautifully maintained property in Spring Branch. From the moment I moved in, Tina and her team have been absolutely wonderful—professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful in making my transition into my new home seamless. One of the things I appreciate most is the enhanced security. There's a gate attendant every evening, and starting next month, they’ll be present all day. It gives me real peace of mind knowing everyone coming in is ...being checked. All the residents are so nice. They just did an easter egg hunt and my kids loved it. It was also nice getting to know my neighbors. The community amenities are great too—they have a pool, a dog park, and a playground for the kids. Not enjoying the complex.
August 6, 2015The neighbors always park in my assigned numbered spot. I have to go back to the front gate and they have to call that person to move. The people do not respect the rules like not playing loud music and the neighbors just sit in the parking lot watching me as I enter my apartment, making me uncomfortable.Review from Apartments.com
Old and ok
August 20, 2015The apartment is located in a more Latino area of town. However it is very centrally located to a lot around town. The complex its self is ok. Gated and 24 guard are nice, but guard is a loose term. Normally being older women who live in the complex. Roaches are a problem, but as in any Texas house a few bombs will fix it. Newer appliances are nice with the granite counters, but you can see the buildings age regardless.Review from Apartments.com
Aspenwood
August 20, 2015Aspenwood is an older apartment complex. It is small and family oriented, very safe and quiet. We had an issue with our a/c one night it was about 10 p.m. We told the gate attendant, and not even 10min. later someone was there fixing it. The a/c was fixed within a matter of minutes. We haven't had any problems other than that. The apartment we have is one of the upgraded units with granite and new appliances. There is a 24/hour gate attendant, and every person that comes to the complex has ...to stop at the gate and be let in. I will warn you though, the bills are all shared between the tenants and you are charged for water depending on how many people live in the apartment with you. For example, there are two of us so we get charged twice for water. During the summer, electricity bills can get pricey. Overall a good experience though.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great little secret in Spring Branch
July 25, 2015As a resident of Aspenwood Apartments, I love it here. These large, pet friendly apartments are close to town, yet very affordable compared to other inner city living. Aspenwood Apartments offers renovated Granite Super Deluxe apartments loaded with all the features you want in a home.
