Management and office personnel are the worst. They lie
to you, don't submit maintenance requests, and are some of the rudest people I ever dealt with. The corporation office doesn't care, they don't respond to your concerns. Just pay them your rent.

As a current resident, i wouldn't recommend living here. Since late November I've had issues with my apartment starting a sewage back up. Maintenance addressed that quickly sending a restoration crew out. The difficult part was when it tool 3 weeks to get floors in my hallway,laundry room, and bathroom replaced. They still haven't replaced my baseboards. I've called the city which has been no help. I've also had ceiling leaks which my 5th happened yesterday. I asked the property manager about ...
moving and he said that he's not allowed to transfer units and they nothing available anyways. You've been warned.
