The move in experience was smooth and great! Appliances are in great condition, we have fast maintenance (within 24 hours), amazing staff at the office who cares about their residents, and a clean neighborhood. Emails are replied within a day most of the time. Most of all, there was not a single bug since I've moved in for the past 2 months! Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Astor Place is a great place to life, Im coming up on my third year here and have loved every moment of it. I truly love the community events that occur onsite a regular bases. This allows you to engage and get to know your neighbors as well as learn a little more about the staff in a relaxed atmosphere. I am so glad that I chose to live here, it was the best decision I made!

I have had my rims stolen and on a separate occasion windows busted out of not only my vehicle but several other vehicles. It appears to happen when the gate is not working. The demographics of the complex have changed drastically.

Amp up your pest control as spring is here. Have one consistent week where I don't have to call about missing trash, so far so good but it's Tuesday. Bags to pick up pet waste need to be monitored more than once a month. May be a good idea to keep some bags with the maintenance staff for when the service provider has a delay in response. Food for thought. I can say Henry in the front has been very responsive and does a good job communicating.
