Appliances are in great condition, we have fast maintenance (within 24 hours), amazing staff at the office who cares about their residents, and a clean neighborhood. Emails are replied within a day most of the time. Most of all, there was not a single bug since I've moved in for the past 2 months! April 26, 2019Amp up your pest control as spring is here. Have one consistent week where I don't have to call about missing trash, so far so good but it's Tuesday. Bags to pick up pet waste need to be monitored more than once a month. May be a good idea to keep some bags with the maintenance staff for when the service provider has a delay in response.
