DO NOT DO IT. TRASH EVERYWHERE
August 25, 2022I've lived here for a while, just renewed my lease 2 months ago. I wish I never did that; the manager never gets out of her seat; assistant doesn't know what she is doing and upfront is someone new. The trash is everywhere, and for the price they are charging you can go up the street and pay maybe 200 more and actually get something luxury. It was getting better when the new year started, the complex was clean when the previous management was there. But now, looks so bad trash everywhere behind ...the dumpsters they have mattresses, I use to be happy to call this my home NOT anymore. I can't wait until my lease is up to move. Oh, almost forgot, maintenance stinks both hygiene wise and on the requests.Property Manager Responded

Do Not Lease Here
June 15, 2022Please DO NOT Move in this roach infested place The staff is incompetent, lies to your face, they never return any of your phone calls. Manager will not even talk to you she is gone and leaves her leasing staff in the office to handle everything. My heat was out for the first few days i moved in February, also there were roaches everywhere and mildew in the dishwasher, My air went out over a month ago and Maintenace said it had a leak and needed to be replaced and here we are over a month later ...still nothing. I have talked to several neighbors, and they are having the same issues with the bugs and their HVAC systems. My apartment flooded two days ago and still no one has shown up to clean up the standing water. Good friendly staff
April 21, 2022My name is Michael and I have lived in these apartments for a year now and I have to say when Athena took over things started to improve. I have spoken with Hilda, Arijana, and Veonica who were all very helpful and thoughtful. The issue I had with my unit was handled in a quick timely manner and was resolved.
