Not acceptable maintenance

After I initially loving the walk through. Moved in the middle of July sadly discovered I had ONE fully operating appliance my stove. My dryer caught ON ? FIRE the 2nd day maintenance confirmed it was broken after it caught on fire for him. Dry was never unplugged and left in my apartment until I received a new stackable unit in the box September 17 that sat in the middle of my dinning room for 3DAYS!!! Refrigerator went off everyday due to a faulty electrical outlet repaired within a week. ...
Dishwasher broken with standing water in it. Replaced 11/16/22. Charged amenities fee monthly while the security gate has been operable the 1st wk I moved on ONLY. REMAINS OPEN 24HRS NEVER REPAIRED SINCE JULY. PERIMETER fence has gaps from hurricane Ivan that gave never been repaired. But we are getting a nice paint job and new management in oct.Be sure your appliances work before accepting your unit

Terrible place to live for the price

No you dont have a grilling & picnic area, no you do not have a dog park, no you do not have a 24 hour fitness room. All of theses things have been promised to us over a year ago. Our rent have been increased to pay for they improvements, yet nothing has been improved.
Of course it wouldn't be an issue not having a grilling station if you wouldn't prohibit us from having grills on our patios. Which by the way is does not appear that rule is universally applied. I've seen several units that still ...
have grills on the patio and as far as I am aware I am the only one that got a letter saying they would evict me if I didn't get rid of my grill.
Long story short: If you enjoy playing with your dog outside of a leash and grilling dinner every now and then. Look for another place to live.

I've lived at Atlantica just over a year now and haven't had a problem. The new company in my opinion is actually making some pretty neat improvements! I've had nothing but positive encounters with the new company and their workers. They're quick to fix things in my apartment and they genuinely show that they care.. They're getting a couple of new things here. I really can't wait for the doggy park that's coming! :)

I really enjoy living at Atlantica Apartments. The staff is friendly, helpful and responds to phone calls and work orders in a timely manner. Megan and Dave are great! The apartments are priced well and also upgraded which is a bonus. I would recommend living here!

I WOULD RATHER DEAL WITH DRUNK PEOPLE THAN THE MANAGEMENT HERE.
I love living here before until this new company took over BECOVIC MANAGEMENT GROUP! to be honest they don't have any IDEA what they are doing. they don't even deserve a star.
I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE HERE. IM EVEN TRAUMATIZE TALKING TO THEM. ESPECIALLY MEGAN, AND THE MAINTENANCE GUY AND EVEN THE NEW MANAGER(MICHELLE). THEY TERRORIZE RESIDENTS RATHER THAN HELPING THEM.

the same complex but different apartment number since my roommate left, this guy offered me his spare room.
so to make the story short ( tho its still long) they asked for a bunch of things from me. so I JUST GOT BACK FROM THE PHILIPPINES so basically i dont have 3 recent pay stubs but they said i should have it so that i can be added to the guy's lease coz i should make 3x of the rent, THE FACT THAT THE GUY IS ALREADY PAYING THE RENT BY HIMSELF AND JUST ME BEING ADDED TO THE LEASE DOESNT MAKE SENSE WHY I HAVE TO MAKE 3X OF THE RENT. So i told them a bunch of solutions i can do like my job gave me an annual income letter or me paying 3 mos uprfront rent. and they said they need monthly then i said divide the annual income by 12.they still said no. and the worst thing is I WAS TALKING TO THE LEASING AGENT named megan that just started working in the complex and in real estate industry and while i was talking to her THE MAINTENANCE GUY butt in like a pro and so there's two of them like chicken butts talking against me. GOD so unprofessional.
The apartment complex have such a good potential but being run by wrong people is just worst.THEY SHOULD TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS RIGHT.

Already have a deposit down and me, my fiance and our 18month old will be moving into the apartment Sep 12 2015. Is a very small community compared to most. But everything is too of line, granite counter tops to tile floor. Can't wait for our move in date, what else would be nice is free rent for a year. That'll be a gods blessing to my family. Thank you
