About Atlantis House

Atlantis House, located in Heritage Hill, is part of a housing cooperative, right in the heart of Heritage Hill. Our organization is committed to building our community, and we are seeking individuals that we can synergize and grow with. If being a part of an intentional community in the best location of the city is something you are seeking, we encourage you to apply. Atlantis House has both complete apartments and individual rooms. Shared spaces include: living room, dining room, kitchens and bathrooms. All utilities (internet, heat, water, electric, trash) are a flat rate. We have a variety of rooms available, in several price ranges. Heritage Hill Historic District neighborhood is pedestrian and bike-friendly with easy access to downtown Grand Rapids, shopping, nightlife, the farmer's market, local coffee shops, and restaurants. It is also conveniently located near the Medical Mile, MSU College of Medicine, Grand Valley State University’s downtown campus, St. Mary’s Hospital, DeVos Children’s Hospital, Mary Free Bed, and Spectrum Downtown Hospital.
