Amenities are a little old, kinda not worth the price. Nice that it’s furnished but apartments are a little further away from downtown and grocery stores, but people at leasing office are generally nice. Overall an okay experiences.

Honestly good amenities, I am able to keep to myself here, parking has never been an issue, nice little community. Only thing is the shuttle is always late :/

I was a little worried at first from hearing reviews online, but I enjoy all the events that the lodge host, and I found all of the workers there to be pretty friendly.

So far my experience has been great. I went on a tour this past weekend and signed the same day because I was so impressed with the Lodge. Between the pool, fitness center, and the gated complex, I was very happy with what I saw.

The Lodge of Athens offers spacious apartments, great amenities, and a vibrant community. However, the bus schedule is inconsistent and unreliable, making transportation to UGA challenging for residents who depend on it. If you don’t have a car, plan for delays or alternative transportation.

There’s been some notable issues with maintenance and quality in these apartments especially considering the price of rent and utilities. It’s good for a year, but nothing beyond that.

I love the apartment it’s great and spacious and the amenities are wonderful! The only thing is that I wish the appliances were more updated to modern, and that maintenance would check rooms before moving in so I don’t have to reach out when I just move in!

Lived here since August 2024 and still have not gotten several items fixed even though I’ve put in several requests. I do enjoy having a shuttle, although it is always off schedule, and the dog park is nice but it needs fixing. Fences are super low and gate is broken

The shower water always got cold after 5 minutes. Other things not bad. The staff are friendly. I dont really like the heating system, because my roommate doesnt like the heater on.
