Awful management

I lived in this building for 3 years and sold my condo (for a loss) almost a year ago. The building itself looks ok but was built awfully with cheap materials and flimsy thin dry wall (where you can hear everything through the wall). In addition the condo fees do not cover all of the expenses the condo has and the management regularly has to ask condo owners to pay for “unexpected” expenses out of pocket. the building manager tried to get her to pay for the expense when it was obviously the fault of the building. The building manager, Monica is awful and not helpful when it comes to anything especially if you plan on renting your apt out (which she once tried telling a prospective tenant that she was paying too much and should find another place to rent). Overall, this is an awful building and there are much better places in the area with much better management.
