Lived at this place for a couple of years. Nothing like the pictures that they show here. The appliances are outdated and run down, there was problems with roaches. They came every 3 months for there version of “pest control” but all that seemed to do was increase the roach population. They also use that as an excuse to snoop while in your apartment. I scared to even use my patio because of the environment there. Traffic all night long, people camping in vehicles. Only reason I stayed as long as ...
I did was because it was cheap. Like I said, you get what you pay for!! Definitely do not recommend this place.

They don't let you look at the apartment (nothing like the pics online), cockroach infested, they don't change the air filters on the central air unit. This apartment literally makes me ill and I can't seem to get any better. Spend the extra $$$ and get a nicer place.

I throughly enjoy living here. The apt is spacious and quite. I have lived herec3 yrs and no one has broken into my dwelling. The maintenance men are nice and professional. The office staff are understanding and quick to help..right down to a cup of coffee..creamer if you dont have it at home and sugar to sweeten the deal.i have been here 3 yrs and dont see myself moving anytime soon. Okc transit right outside the gate. This is home.

I was living there for two years. I was happy with management. Every time I called for repairs, they fixed it same day or next day. Good service!

They are rude. Don't fix anything and when you tell them something needs fixed they harass you. The maintenance men are rude and drunks. Even in an emergency situation they tell you they can't do anything that you have to tell the office and the office won't do anything about it except tell you they are raising the rent. Worst place I have ever lived. DO NOT RENT HERE.
