don’t schedule a tour. they aren’t in the office
June 28, 2022Made an appointment at 11:15 no on was there and the clubhouse was closed, they got back to me 45 Minutes later saying to reschedule for the next day.Property Manager Responded

The worst place I’ve ever lived
October 30, 2021Paper thin existing walls, dirty premises and trash areas, dogs bark all day and night, poor management, rude and inconsiderate neighbors that make you feel extremely unsafe. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Multiple vehicle break ins
September 12, 2021Since the new management took over, nothing gets taken care of. Our car was damaged and almost stolen last night. This is the 5th car break in I know of, plus the neighbors below us have people going in and out 24/7. I let manger know and they do nothing. They have changed so much and not made us aware of changes, charged us for a parking spot they let someone else park in for over a month even after we told them what was going on. This is a nice area but poorly managed and poorly cared for. ...There is never anyone answering phones or in the office. No online payment system that works and they don’t record payment well at all.Property Manager Responded

Not Worth it
August 14, 2021It has been a nightmare since the new management company took over. Dog park is always dirty, pool is always dirty and we can’t even pay our rent online anymore which as been an inconvenience. There has been car break ins and we might be one of the only apartment complexes without security, there was also a homeless man sleeping in the kids play area.Property Manager Responded
