February 17, 2024This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in ! Finally got out and spent 3 days cleaning out my apartment doing everything on their 3 page front and back cleaning list just to get a big fat nothing back from my security deposit, the places are that nice and my dishwasher wouldn’t even open all the way due to the fridge in the way and poor kitchen lay out. It looks like just about everything just gets painted over a million time for new tenants and the inside of cabinets look terrible. I ...could hear everything the person living about us was doing including his bed creek when he would move in his sleep directly above us.Property Manager Responded

After reviewing our records from your resident history, we could not find any reports of the issues you mentioned regarding the condition of your home and the issues with your dishwasher. February 26, 2021I lived here for three years and had my vehicle broken into and vandalized several times. One of my vehicles was totaled due to vandalism in the parking lot. They claim to have a security company that monitors the parking lots but you never see the security company there and they never have any record of vandalism observed by the security company when reported. The police department installed their own cameras and when the leasing office was asked about that they mentioned that the police ...didn't ask permission so there aren't any cameras posted and that there isn't a problem at the community. The management company is also based out of state which means they are very disconnected from what is actually happening at the property. Renter beware as well, you will be charged for all typical turnover maintenance when you move out, including paint and carpet. This is the first time in all my years renting I have had to pay for these items and I have left other apartments in much worse condition.Property Manager Responded

Our management team is not familiar with the issues you've described so it would be best for us to speak with you to better understand these incidents. Unfortunately, we also know nothing about the Roseville Police Department offering to install cameras on our private property; it is not something we've previously discussed and no cameras have been installed. We feel that much of these comments, including any confusion with your final charges, could be addressed by phone or email with our property manager. We invite you to contact them at your earliest convenience. While we no longer have the opportunity to positively impact your tenancy, we hope to clarify any misunderstandings to improve your impression of our community.
