August 28, 2019I wish we saw them before we moved in. This place is HORRIBLY managed. Firstly, the complex is INFESTED with German roaches!! Every tenant I've spoke to, their unit is infested. They leave it up to you & nothing gets rid of them. HOA is horrible and rude. She yells at all the kids and goes on power trips. It takes them weeks to fix anything, and that's IF it even gets fixed. Your place may look great at first, give it a couple days until the roaches start coming out & everything starts falling ...apart and nothing gets fixed. Way over priced. PLEASE do yourself and your family a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Every tenant I've talked to is trying to get out! Don't expect your unit management company to help you with anything either. April 6, 2019I agree with that review the first one 100% this place is managed terribly and she does yell at these children and I am on my way out! They never fix anything it took us three months to get an oven and still don't have a dishwasher and this place is the worst!Review from Apartments.com
Terrible management & bias staff
January 2, 2019So the lady who manages this complex loves screaming at little kids & being terribly rude and nasty towards them. Also their maintenance guy is super bias & never does his job. His family lives here and they always leave the complex a mess, take up space in the parking lot, and their kids are always running around unsupervised and bothering strangers. Maintenance man pretty much abuses his power and takes advantage of the complex. Their dog is always loose and they never clean up after it. ...Apartments are falling apart here & it takes him months to fix/replace just one thing. They favor tenants here and the rent is WAY overpriced for such a terribly managed complex. They overcharge on everything. Also, they expect people to pick up dog waste & have dog waste stations for bags & trash... YET THERES NEVER ANY BAGS.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
