We moved here in April 2015. We have enjoyed the community immensely, it's quiet other than traffic going down the road. The neighbors respect neighbors and it is a place where you'd want to come to live . Also the price of living is very fair with the market value as it is. Pros: Maintenance is on top issues that arise as well as management. Also provided with a carport at no extra cost. Neighborhood is clean and near shopping areas,banking, theater,restaurants and hair salons . Cons: ...

No AC or other amenities for residents to enjoy ( pool, community room, business center, or park ). However overall we are very happy with our residents ,management and maintenance in this community!
