The property manager shyra is top tier the best! All of the managers before were all cool too but she's my fave, she will stop whatever she's doing to help you and very personalble. Hugo is literally the BEST as well, he will come help with whatever you need usually same day sometimes within 30mins or so... Ir less! Super nice people here. I've been here a little over 2 years and I love it here. Very cozy, they keep the hallways vacuumed and smelling nice and respond to phone calls which is rare ...

for most apartment places.

Autumn Ridge is near a lot of stores including a bowling alley up the block, Chayra is extremely helpful and made me feel welcome and maintenance gets the job done

A quiet neighborhood. The hallways smell like old cigarette smoke. The studios are small and with a full kitchen and bath. The laudnry room is clean and seems new. Not a bad place.

It's a quiet area mostly students or elderly neighbors. Rent is a bit steep but the area is nice the landlord is great and it's convenient to highways and plenty of great restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance.

Most people pay between $745-825 for these studio apartments. But if you come and see them when there are lots of vacancies in the building the property will have rent specials. The apartment is clean, and maintained well for the most part. There is a laundry room and each load is about $2-2.50 depending on wether you use quarters or a credit card. It is behind a school so there is some noise, but nothing significant. The grounds are usually well cared for as well. The only draw back to this ...

apartment is the building itself looks a little shabby when walking through the hallways, but the rooms themselves are clean and kept up to date (mostly).

This is a very secure but not so quiet building. It is great for walking to some restaurants and some stores. They do maintain it though. I'm getting ready to move to another set of apartments that they own. I hear that they are fantastic. It's quiet and still great for walking to restaurants and to do shopping.
