    I’m a TMUIC student and living at Avant has been really solid overall. The building is clean, quiet when it needs to be, and actually feels like student housing that’s taken care of. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the common areas are nice spots to study or hang out. The location is a huge plus. It’s an easy commute to TMU/TMUIC, and there are tons of food places and transit options super close by, so it’s convenient for busy days. The leasing team here is really friendly and easy to ...

They all make sure Avant has a community worth living in, as every month there are different activities hosted to connect with your neighbors and the team.   • Honestly the Best Spot for TMU Students

    I’ve been living at Avant for almost a year now and I seriously couldn’t be happier with my choice. The apartments are fully furnished (huge plus when you’re a student and don’t want to deal with moving furniture), and everything is clean, modern, and super functional. The amenities are a game-changer—big study rooms for when you need to grind, a solid gym, and even a PS5 in the lounge. They also host free events every couple of weeks, which is such a fun way to meet people and take a break from ...
    school stress. Staff are super chill and always helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed anything fixed. The location is unbeatable—I'm at TMU and can walk to class in under 10 minutes.
