Avant is truly the best residence for students in Toronto. A part from the fully furnished apartments, the building is well maintained with new amenities (PS5, large study rooms, full gym, A/C, courtyard etc..) They also offer bi-weekly free events (my favourite part) which are such a fun way to make new friends and explore the city! I’m a TMUIC student and living at Avant has been really solid overall. The building is clean, quiet when it needs to be, and actually feels like student housing that’s taken care of.
