I've lived here since 2013 and I had no problems whatsoever other then the little stuff that needs to be repaired far as garbage disposal you know little things like that. nothing major... Its been 8 years I've lived here. I've had no problem with bugs at all. no major problems at all. you take care of your apartment and it will take of you. far as management goes they are all great to me. ShirLae has went ABOVE AND BEYOND, helped us out in so so many ways to make us feel comfortable and a better ...
place to live. lorena, Lizeth and marlene are just as professional as well. you couldn't find and better management team. Every time I would call they are on top of things and to top it off the maintenance team Isaac, Laura and porter Juan OMG they work so so extremely HARD to keep the grounds as sanitary and clean as possible. team work matters ... The management team here is awesome, they fix what needs fixing in a timely manner, if you report it when it happens it will be done the next day or the same day most of the time. They help you get what you need and the maintenance team is great and polite too. Not only does the team in the office help you with what you need but they remember you, and they ask you how you're doing. And for the large amount of time I've lived here; these apartments have never had any problems within the community, ...
and if there was they do not tolerate any nonsense if it does come up. It's rare to find a management team who can show compassion with its tenets, get problems done quickly, and keep the community safe and protected simultaneously. If you're thinking of moving here I would recommend it.

I have personally lived in a couple of different apartments but none have matched my needs like aventerra apartments. I have had the best managerial experience with Shirlae. She is the funniest and most helpful manager of all time. She makes the application and moving in process nice and smooth. There is also great maintenance workers there such as Laura, Aurelio, and Juan. They have maintain the apartments are always up to date and working smoothly while keeping the apartment complex clean. have moved out of here but I came back within a year due to no other apartment complex being able to keep with aventerra. Please heavily consider this complex as they are the best in the business.

Manager Shirlae is amazing ,every time I need something she send here Maintenance Team to the rescue Laura and Aurelio. This place are very nice ,also assistant Lorena very helpfully.

I would recommend these apartments to friends and family. The manager Shirlae is great i love how she cares about her residents and the kids. the leasing agents Lorena and lizeth do an amazing job. the property looking clean as it could get with the maintenance laura isaac keeping up with it and being helpful when they come to fix any problems.

I have really enjoyed living here and I really enjoy the staff the manager Shirlae is extremely kind and very attentive. The assistant manager Lorena is very nice and extremely helpful. The leasing agents Lizeth and Wilma are very professional and nice . I really like the maintenance staff Isaac,Laura and Aurelio they are very good at their jobs and very efficient. And the porter Juan is also nice and always says hi when he sees us. I would recommend these apartments to anyone

Los apartamentos estan muy bien. Los de mantenimiento Laura, Isaac y Aurelio siempre areglan todo. Juan a echo buen trabajo limpiando la propiedad. Shirlaé es la mejor manager. No tengo ningun problema. Y las de la oficina Lorena y Lizeth siempre me ayudan con los work orders.

Great stay been here since 2015 and still living here the manager Mrs. Shirlae goes out her way to make sure the tenants are safe and all needs are meet. She does events for the holidays ands raffles as well. I enjoy living here because I feel safe not only for myself but also for my three children. we had some very great memories here with not only the staff but the neighbors as well.
