Great location!

We lived here for 11 years and moved out before it was remodeled. The previous managers were great, but then I think the owners sold it before the remodel and for a year nothing worked and it was impossible to get anything fixed. I’m sure it’s great now, it is also upwards of $500 of what we payed 3 years ago. Spacious for a small family but the location was what I will miss most. Walking distance to downtown, but you don’t feel downtown. Close to LDS hospital and Smith’s and Harmon’s grocery ...

I've been living here 15 months, had to have a place to land during COVID, what a disappointment, too many issue to list on this review, things you don't see or won't no until it too late and you've moved in. Can't wait to move out, which will be very soon, buying out my lease 5 months early.
