My Husband and I moved in a year and a half ago. We’ve had an ant problem from the start. It became a bigger issue for me after our son was born seven months ago. We’ve told the office multiples times of this issue. The pest company comes almost every week and that’s no help. They’re in every room of the house. On my sons changing table, in his crib, in his baby bath that I clean and hang to dry every night, the pantry. They crawl on myself and my son while I’m feeding him. I asked the office ...
manager if they could work with us to break our lease since it’s an unlivable space for my son who is also learning how to crawl and she said that it’s not an unlivable space so there’s nothing they can do. Both ladies in the office were very rude and not eager to help at all.

good maintenance team quick repairs monthly pest control for four years However, the dirty broken dumpsters in the front of the property remind me of the 1980's. The exterior of the property has not been updated. Mini bikes roar through the complex as soon as the management office closes for the evening or weekend . Speed bumps are definitely needed.

First impression.....I loved the tree lined streets. A vision of jack o lanterns in the fall. Each villa has a front and a backyard without the worry of having to maintain it...perfect! Plus a hidden wetland within walking distance....let's just keep that our little secret!

My fiancé and I live in a single bedroom apartment here at Avery Place. It's our first apartment and it's very spacious for a one bedroom. The rent here is a bit high but we do have our own personal attached garage and amenities. The office ladies are very nice and the maintence men get their jobs done well, yes, but they aren't always timely. I would recommend this complex for anyone in the Orlando area because of its location outside of the downtown area and near the airport- in a nice area ...
that isn't too loud.
