  • Avoid Aviare Apartments – Filthy Units, Trash Smell, and Rude Management

    Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Aviare Apartments in Cupertino. I was promised a clean, move-in-ready apartment – what I actually walked into was appalling. The unit had multiple spiders crawling around, and the so-called “cleaning” left hair and even food remnants from previous residents. This is after I complained about the state of the apartment and they supposedly sent cleaners twice. Clearly, there are no real cleaning standards here. To make things worse, there is a constant ...
    trash smell around the property that makes living here feel unhygienic and unpleasant. When I tried to raise these issues with the property manager, she was shockingly rude and dismissive. She absolutely refused to have a constructive conversation and made it clear she couldn’t care less about the residents or their living conditions. For the premium rent they charge in Cupertino, this level of negligence is unacceptable. If you value cleanliness, basic hygiene, and professional management, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Aviare Apartments is not worth your money or your peace of mind

  • You would pay $465 "parking fee/day" living here

    Would give 0 if possible. No enough parking spaces for residents and you have to pay for the $465 towing fee by yourself! So frustrated, upset and feel helpless living here. I came back at late night on Saturday, but there is no any regular parking spots left, so I have to park in the handicapped parking spot and get up early in the morning to move it. There is no any street parking spaces available at that time. My car had been towed away by the management team when I get there early next ...
    morning, and I have to spend my whole Sunday morning to pick my car, argue with the towing company about the new scratches on the rear end when towing. I believe it is because there are many non-residents parking in the residents' parking spots which makes the residents have no spaces to park. There is no sense for the real residents have no spaces to park at late night and pay for $465 each time when they came back home late. The apartment has no rules to stop guests parking in the residents parking spaces, which makes me no spot to park and they towed my car away. Feels like I have to pay for the parking and cannot imagine there is not a strict parking rule for guest parking. The management team refuse to reimburse me for the towing penalty and keep saying they are working on resolving the parking issue. But how about the $465 towing fee I must pay due to getting back home late? If you choose to live here, does that mean you must come back home early to avoid the large "parking expense"?

  • Cozy, safe n comfortable community

    This place is cool. The floor plans are spacious n unique, apartment has all modern facilities & amenities you would expect. You will have access to best public schools. Border to Sunnyvale, has some amazing restaurants. Neighbors are warm and friendly. You will feel safe. Kids play in the open in common areas. Community events make it extra special place to live.
