For the most part, living here has been a good experience. Issues that I've had in the past were dealt with in a timely manner when brought to the attention of staff at the leasing office.

So far I have not had any issues here. It feels very safe and comfortable. I love that all major grocery stores, mall, and fast foods are near by. I'm still new here but I'm really liking it alot so far. Staff is amazing by far one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of signing contract with. Chances are I will be renewing with them again.

Great place, neighbors could be better, maintenance is really fast and respectful. Barley moved in and already have problems with neighbors but the apartment is big and it only had a few problems but it's good for first time renters ig

Aviare place apartments has the best location in Midland. They offer great floor plans to choose from with good rates. Recently moved in and the staff have been very helpful and welcoming. Juan Carlos is friendly and accommodating. I love it here!
