So far I have not had any issues here. It feels very safe and comfortable. I love that all major grocery stores, mall, and fast foods are near by. I'm still new here but I'm really liking it alot so far. Staff is amazing by far one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of signing contract with. Chances are I will be renewing with them again.

Amazing office staff

Aviare place apartments has the best location in Midland. They offer great floor plans to choose from with good rates. Recently moved in and the staff have been very helpful and welcoming. Juan Carlos is friendly and accommodating. I love it here!

Un lugar tranquilo y agradable. Rara vez se ha visto movilidad policial por problemas que afecten la paz y armonia. Bastante bueno para vivir. La amabilidad y comprensión de parte de los trabajadores es la mas adecuada.
