I’ve been living in the Blys community for over a year and was very happy to re new my lease. I have found management to be very accessible and caring. There response time to a maintenance issue was quick and follow up almost immediately. The staff is always friendly and ready to lend a hand.

The fire alarm goes off too often and there’s nobody to shut it off efficiently. On a Sunday at midnight. There should be someone in charge of shutting it off quickly. Or we should be able to shut it off in our apartments ourselves.

Moved in yesterday. Only one of two car transponders available and FoB keys only work at half the doors. We will see how quickly these issues are able to be resolved. Otherwise everything seems great. Attentive and responsive staff.

Management doesn’t advise residents of maintenance or construction that causes disruption of work & daily activities. Very few social activities, as were advertised. Ongoing problems with fire alarms going off in the early morning.

So far it’s been smooth sailing. From the application process thru move in day went exceptionally well. The staff has been outstanding and very helpful. Met new people on move in day on the elevators and everyone seems to enjoy living here.

I've only been here for two days, but so far, my experience has been wonderful. The team has been very welcoming, the move-in process was smooth, and the apartment was clean and beautiful upon arrival. I was also pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful welcome basket and handwritten note, which made me feel right at home. So far, I'm really loving my new home and community!
