October 16, 2025We just moved into Blys about a week ago, and we already love it here! From day one, everything has felt cozy, clean, and well-organized. The apartment is modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed — you can tell a lot of care went into every detail. The community grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The leasing and management team deserve special mention — everyone has been incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful with any questions we had. The move-in process was smooth and ...stress-free, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere in the community is calm and friendly, the neighbors are nice, and the location feels safe and convenient. August 24, 2025AJ has been absolutely wonderful from the day we stepped onto the property for a tour until our move-in yesterday. He has always been more than gracious, communicative, and willing to help. There are some design flaws, as with any property. From blind corner cabinets with dead space in the kitchen, to a huge lack of drawer storage, no overhang for barstools at the island, to open wire shelving in the bathrooms and closets—there is room for improvement. But the public spaces appear to be ...wonderful and offer many activities. Would love if this Bozzuto property would consider accepting BILT payments. Everything is convenient; Sproutz walking distance, the locker rooms, the way around, the accessibility to the highway and main roads..
