Awesome management team and staff!
December 16, 2025First off, great place!! Its spacious, elegant, and such a safe place! Secondly, the management and staff are second to none. They are kind and courteous and do their best to meet everyones needs! I've put in a maintenance request yesterday for a small shower head leak. Today, I've come home to not only a leak free component, but with brand new shower heads installed! Thank you Alvin B.! Talk about an upgrade and a great job! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!
May 15, 2023You could find somewhere else cheaper for the same quality ! For one you have to pay a trash valet fee of $50 & the guy that takes the trash out is LAZY!!!! He will go days without taking your trash out so basically your trash is sitting in your home pilling up because they will charge you for keeping your trash in the hallway! Parking makes no sense, if you arrive home after 6-7pm just be prepared to walk a whole mile to get to your apartment! The office constantly sends emails about non sense ...instead of fixing they’re problems. If you could find somewhere for less I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying away from BainBridge!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 23, 2021Just moved to Florida from Massachusetts (with only 2 weeks notice) with no idea where to locate it. After extensive research, video chats, and sleepless nights, I found my home. The whole process was quick, easy, and seamless. I have been here for 3 weeks and beyond happy with the quiet residents, amenities, staff, and my beautiful pet-friendly apartment.
