They are kind and courteous and do their best to meet everyones needs! I've put in a maintenance request yesterday for a small shower head leak. Today, I've come home to not only a leak free component, but with brand new shower heads installed! Thank you Alvin B.! Talk about an upgrade and a great job! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!
May 15, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comYou could find somewhere else cheaper for the same quality ! For one you have to pay a trash valet fee of $50 & the guy that takes the trash out is LAZY!!!! He will go days without taking your trash out so basically your trash is sitting in your home pilling up because they will charge you for keeping your trash in the hallway! Parking makes no sense, if you arrive home after 6-7pm just be prepared to walk a whole mile to get to your apartment! The office constantly sends emails about non sense ...instead of fixing they’re problems. If you could find somewhere for less I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying away from BainBridge!!Read More
