Ms. Lameka is so awesome! She’s most definitely a jewel to the community. She’s alway greets me with a smile and does what she says. So far I love my new home. I’ve had some issues, but they have always been fixed within the hour of me reporting it. I have nothing bad to say about the apartment or the management..Even the owners are pleasant. Rent is a little high for apartment age, but I’m guessing it’s normal for the area! Good place to live.

The move-in process was fairly quick. I had to wait for the carpet to be cleaned. My deposit was fairly low, which helped me save a little more for Christmas. Both managers were professional and cool at the same time. New home for the holidays and New Year. Im happy and would do it over again if I had too.

Management there is extremely unprofessional. I lived there for 10 years and getting things fixed in my apartment was never completed in a timely manner. It’s been times my toilet was clogged for 3 weeks and this was a one bedroom apartment. I had mold growing from underneath my carpet that was caused from flooding, when notified they NEVER checked for mold. I’ve sinced moved and their sending me charges they can not explain?!!!! Whenever I call I believe office noticed my number and NEVER picks ...

up. THE WORST!!!!!!

I really didn't want to give it 1 star, that's to nice! This was my son's first apartment and I regret everyday he was in there. His heating and air unit has been junk since day 1! They constantly fixing on it, the day he moved out we had to turn it off cause it was soooooo loud! the dishwasher worked when it wanted to, plumbing horrible throughout the whole apartment. He had an animal in his ceiling for weeks after reporting it, when he reported it they had it sprayed, put gray tape over it and ...

the tape was still there when he moved out. Don't know if the animal died or what!

This location is perfect for people who want to live within 5 miles of shopping malls, restaurants, and great jobs. The neighborhood is quite and calm. There are plenty of schools and universities also near. The apartment has thick walls, therefore I do not hear everything going on within my building complex.

I loved these apartments when I first moved in. They accepted all my requests such as installing new carpet, painting the walls the color I wanted, and fixing minor dings. They repair maintenance request very fast sometimes same day. The only problem I had was with the noisy neighbors and once reported to management they acted as if it was not important. Other than that great apartments especially for the spacious setup and price.

we are renwing our lease again and they are going to get paint for us and let us paint our apartment. thats why I really like it here. they can't paint our apartment becuase we still live there, but they will buy the paint for us as part of a benefit to resign with them and let us paint it which is the same colors they already use. we've been here for about 4 years and i like living here each year more. at least they think ioutside the box to try and be different or give me options. very ...
