Terrible Management
May 13, 2023Dumpsters area constantly in disarray and filthy. Broken glass sat in the main entrance for over a month. Stopped maintaining lawn for over 2 months. They falsely advertise washer and dryers, yet they removed them for anyone newly moving in. Impossible to get in contact with the actual property managers, always goes to someone out of the US. The cherry on top is they have a huge fire-code violation due to them not painting FIRE LANE on the red curb outside so people are always parking in the fire ...lane making it very difficult to get in and out of the garages. Love the Property, Hate the leasing company
October 3, 2022Unresponsive. Got rid of washers and dryers in all units unless living there from the beginning. Rent prices are inconsistent per unit. Less and less is being included in the cost of rent. Dumpster/trash situation is constantly a mess.Review from Apartments.com
