May 17, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThe property management company is horrible. We have a new Property Manager every few months, but they are all the same. Nobody knows what is going on. Nobody is responsible any anything. Water leaks are everywhere. I have lived here for almost three years and can't wait to move out.

I mean we are being forced to pay monthly for "Trash Valet" where they pick up trash outside your door nightly. We are being threatened to have our cars towed if we BACK IN to our stalls. This is getting rediculous and out of hand. Stay away if you can. If you get a cheap rent offer, just keep in mind that the next year rent base will most likely be increased due to all of their ...renovations. Very unsatisfied customer. I hope this review helps someone who is looking into renting at this place. I would want to have insight from a current resident as well.Read More
