I have been trying to get a response from this management company about moving out. My lease ends on the 14th and still no response. I have lost hundreds of $ worth of packages at this location. No accountability. Horrible communication. Do not live here

I’m glad to be living in this place, the amenities is great and the working team here is amazing. The location is also beautiful with most of the shops being 2 mins away at max. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Overall the apartments are clean and comfortable. Management seems to change frequently. The building is not that old (less than ten years?) but signs of wear are obvious, particularly in the common pool area. Pool is not heated due to an ongoing (two year) that has still not been addressed.

very quiet and nice place to live. the pool was a big driving force for choosing this complex, however the pool is not heated and a lot of the furniture in the surrounding pool area is falling apart and does not seem to get replaced.

This apartment is great, I love how there’s a park so close by this apartment complex that you could walk to. Love how it’s a security code to get into the building.

I have now been here about a year. The staff is amazing. The maintenance is amazing. I have had a really great time in my gorgeous apartment. My only complaints are tenant related, they could clean up after their dogs more or park in my spot less but other then those few things, I LOVE LIVING HERE. My apartment is lovely, it's quiet, most people are super friendly. They have really nice apartment "mixers" that allow us to have food truck day etc. The grounds are kept up and the pool area ...
is knock your socks off good. Parking is somewhat a situation but nothing that one can't manage and that is really the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating.

Everything has been great… management is so friendly and helpful . My neighbors are all super nice … glad I moved back to Denver. Lakewood seems like a nice place to be so far .
