October 30, 2023It's within walking distance of three grocery stores, a hardware store, two Banks and a few restaurants. It's convenient to traffic and within a 2.5 miles of an upscale shopping center as well as just down the street from the shops at Brookside. Great First Impression
June 10, 2021I went to view this property and the management was very kind and helpful. This would be a great prospect for those looking for an apartment. When a tenant moves out they do a deep clean and do not hesitate to replace items that need an update. They continue to make the property better for its tenants with constant improvements. When walking around with management tenants gave him a big hello and he knew each one by name. This property showed that they care for the well being and safety for their ...tenants. I love this property
April 21, 2021I have lived here for 4yrs and went through 2 property management, this one has been the best thus far. Maintenance issues are taken care of better. The manager is AWESOME. The best place i have lived!
January 30, 2018From the time I walked in the door to view the property I was greeted by the energetic manager. She was able get me approved fast and helpful with all my questions. I was excited about the option of two pools. After moving in if anything came up the maintenance always came within a reasonable time frame! Great Community! Amazing Management!
January 23, 2018I lived at Village at Brookside before I bought my home and I absolutely adored my 2 bedroom apartment. Management was always available and kind and maintenance was always very timely with any issue that needed attention. It is a tight knit community with great neighbors and I loved the cozy atmosphere. Let's talk about location!! Right across the street from Whole Foods and Reasor's, Walmart right down the street and I loved being so close to Riverside.
