Never Gave My Money Back!
November 22, 2021In August 2021 I applied for this apartment through Aaron, was denied due to credit. Was told I would be sent $150 back to me through a check. That was August it is Now November and I still have NEVER gotten my money back. I a Single Mother trying to put a roof over my Son's head and I Never got my money back from them!!Review from Apartments.com

August 2, 2018The apartments are pretty decent, there’s a washer/dryer in each unit and the complex isn’t too noisy. It takes a while to get things fixed and they have sewer roaches, but as long as you sign up for it to be sprayed each week you’ll be good.Review from Apartments.com

Horrible
May 1, 2018Worst apartment complex ever, filled with mold clogged sinks and dishwashers, maintenance never comes. Management is rude and don’t care, front office never answers, and people break into cars here all the time. It’s literally the worst place I’ve seen and lived in.Property Manager Responded

THE WORST COMPLEX TO LIVE IN!!!
January 21, 2017Absolutely horrible complex. We live on the bottom floor, and upstairs neighbors are the absolute worst. Vacuum 8 times a day at least, stomping and slamming at all hours of the night. We were evacuated from our apartment at 3 in the morning by officers with shotguns and riot shields because the neighbors across the way were tweekers and druggies. They let just about anybody move in. We waited 4 WEEKS for maintenance to come fix our running toilet. We bought and replaced the floater in the ...toilet, and then maintenance showed up and said "you need to call us instead of trying to fix it yourselves". We have gone to the office MANY TIMES to complain about our upstairs neighbors, and nothing had been done. I started playing my guitar at a very low volume, but loud enough to hear, at 6pm, and we got a notice on OUR DOOR THE NEXT MORNING TELLING US TO KEEP IT DOWN OR WE WOULD BE PENALIZED. US!!!! DO NOT APPLY OR MOVE IN HERE!!!!! WORST COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED IN!!! If I could, I'd rate this complex -100 stars!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
