I currently reside here. So far I've lived here for a month and a half. In that time the apartment manager has put a note on my door to notify me people would be in my apartment 7 times. THE FASTEST INTERNET OFFERED AT THIS LOCATION IS 10 Mbps FOR $50 A MONTH. The electrical hasn't been updated since the 70s at the earliest. And even though the management stops by every 3 days to let me know they need to get into my apartment they can never seem to answer a phone call. Not a single appliance in ...

my apartment works properly. That means I can't rely on my Stove, Fridge or Microwave. It has been 5 days since I submitted a request and have yet to hear a single word. My entire kitchen doesn't work. I literally cannot cook meals and have standing water in my fridge. Not so much as a confirmation that they're going to do something about it. I have about 5 other reasons for you not to live here but I'm pretty sure the internet situation convinced you alone.

My downstairs neighbors are always loud and they smoke so much that my bedroom and bathroom reek of smoke and to the point that I don't even sleep in my bedroom now. I have contacted the property manager about it so many times and have seen 0 resolve. On top of that, my apartment had mice and it took about 3 times of trying to contact the property managers to fix the problem. Along with those issues the parking lot is never cleaned fully when it snows, the entire lot is covered in ice and has ...
