Pretty Unstable
August 30, 2019The apparent manager who runs the apartments is super irresponsible, lazy, and ineffective. His name is Roger, and he is the absolute worst. Oh, I am almost forgot. Couple of months ago in the middle of the night, my neighbor got shot. Overall, not good.Review from Apartments.com
bella grand, the perfect location
August 4, 2015this building has the perfect location that lies within a beautiful community with a tennis court and a wonderful pool not to mention everything you need is right around the corner for instance there are elementary, middle, and high schools all less than 5 miles away.As well as schools this building is surrounded by multiple shopping plazas fulled with grocery stores, amazing restaurants, electronic stores, gas stations , and banks all just a short walk away.Also the Pembroke lakes mall and the ...memorial hospital are both less that 2 miles away.Please believe me i am not over selling this building it also have great maintenance service and security and is a great place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
