Pros and Cons of 2729 Maitland Crossing Way, Apt 1-202 (Bldg 1, Apt 202)

This is a review of my specific unit at Bella Terra, 2729 Maitland Crossing Way, Unit 1-202 (Bldg 1, unit 202). Bella Terra as a whole is great!!! They keep up this beautiful property, staff knows their stuff and is helpful. If I could have found an affordable first floor (with a different owner) I would have stayed. Following is the pros and cons of MY particular unit:
PROS –
• Specific unit has great upgrades (all shutters, kitchen appliances)
• Very nice color schemes in each room
• Lovely ...
view of the swimming pool and waterfall
• Can keep your electric bill down if not too hot natured as both the pool and water fall can add coolness when opening sliding door to liana and master bedroom windows
• Property Management does quickly act upon maintenance request
CONS –
• WOOD FLOOR - There is a dip approx. 3-4 feet long in the wood floor from the kitchen area towards the master bedroom
• LEASE/CONTRACT – watch out for it. I don’t know your experience, but mine in the past has not been this: Rent due date – 2nd of the month. $55.00 on the 3rd, $20.00 each and every day afterwards. Though he says he does, Owner does NOT incur any mortgage and/or homeowner association late fees until the 10th of the month. So as such, owner is pricey and tenant gives him “free” money.
• REFRIGERATOR – It was not included, I insisted that it be included.
• SECOND FLOOR – no matter your physical condition – climbing the steps, especially with children and grocery shopping, the climb is/gets difficult. I am the last to move from this floor of 4 tenants, the other 3 moved prior to me. Thus everyone is now, or will be, new on this floor.
