I when to this property and a leasing agent helped me out, Her name is Veronica, very caring and understanding and she really explain to me the process and show me units and help me on everything in regards to getting an apartments! the units are clean, super quiet, and pet friendly! All maintenance crew are on point and are really nice! In overall they are all very helpful! 10* if I could give more

***Current Resident*** AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS EVERY POSITIVE REVIEW WAS WRITTEN BEFORE THE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER. I have been renting here for about a year and a half. The first year we were here, maintenance was fast, the office staff truly cared about any issues you were having and they would work with almost any situation you brought to them. Since the new management team took over I have had a broken air conditioning unit since April 2019 and have been told "I''m sorry sir but ...
you're on the list to have your A/C unit replaced." To never hear anything about it again. I have had the new office manager threaten my dogs, as they are emotional support animals, without even being aware that I had paperwork on file and follow all proper channels. I have been trying to get my dishwasher looked at due to a mold smell coming from it for a month and a half now. Maintenance and the front office have told my fiance that maintenance "doesn't work on anyone's schedule" so how are we supposed to get anything fixed or looked at? They pick and choose what rules want to be enforced and who to enforce them on. And ever since they ran their "move in special" $300 off rent for anyone you refer and gets approved, we've had car break ins and a full out shooting here. Take your pick but I'm out as soon as my lease is up, IF I can't get out early.

These apartments are the BEST!

I’ve lived here 2 1/2 years and I LOVE it! It’s super quiet - walls are thick enough that I never hear my neighbors. It feels very safe - this area is so nice and we’re across the street from a lake! The management here is wonderful. They’re painting the buildings right now and I have a small jungle on my balcony. Melody has gone out of her way to make sure the contractors don’t disturb my plants and calls me personally to let me know what’s happening ahead of time. I’ve lived in many ...

New Management Has Changed My Experience

I'm not necessarily leaving this review for the complex itself but for the new management that took over a couple months ago. They have made a WORLD of difference. Would have previously left 1 star. Before I could never get anyone to answer the phone and would have to walk over only for the door to be locked and no one there in the middle of the day (for HOURS). There were multiple times when I would call and get someone that did not speak English and had to wait to be transferred, which is ...
awkward for everyone involved and unacceptable. They wouldn't take packages during the holidays. They cheaped out on redoing the apartments in between leases, so my tub's "resurfacing" is just paint and is peeling and bubbling off. My AC was being propped up with a small piece of 2×4 (want to make it clear that this had nothing to do with maintenance, they're great). We have been here for TEN MONTHS and paid for pest control every month, and had no one come to our apartment to spray until this management company took over. Never had an AC filter changed until this management company took over. And my tub is being redone, my AC unit is being fixed, I am getting a new toilet, new shower head, new sinks, there are actually poop bags in the dog stations (not once did the other staff fill it), the buildings are being painted, and the parking lots are being redone. As for the complex, it's the cheapest, safest, quietest option in the area (I looked at crime maps extensively before choosing since I have a baby). It is ideal for elderly couples, people with young children, or just people that love QUIET. Walls are nice and thick, we've never heard our neighbors and have never seen bugs or rodents. There is always parking, no matter what time of day or night. There isn't much in the way of amenities, but we're also not paying for a bunch of amenities so I can definitely live with that. Only thing I wish is for valet trash! I would 100% pay an extra trash fee for that instead of walking with a giant bag of trash and a baby strapped to my chest. Oh and pet rent=booooo! My only complaint lol

Greedy management

Lived there for 5 years. They never change it clean carpets. The rent increases every year when you renew your lease.The gym is trash!! No working equipments. Money money thats all they care about. Stay away !!!
