always dirty and never opened. Gates always problems with these gates are NOT COVID FRIENDLY they give certain tenants gate cards all while everyone has to use a keypad that’s never cleaned. The landscape is all dried out or dirt, not the green paradise they show in photos. Parking is never enforced, pointless paying for a parking spot when other tenants still park in reserved spot because they know management will do nothing of it. For laundry you have to go to the office during business hours (or the hours that the employees decide they want to work) to charge your laundry card, it’s over priced (go to one of the local spots it’s free drying there) the icing on the cake is that they’ll close it up at whatever time they prefer. I could go on, but read up on all the reviews. It tells itself. Disregard any review that has a rating but doesn’t have a description if you really want to get to know this place. And to the owners, is this really okay with you? Why are you in the shadow? Perhaps a re-evaluation of yourself as a company should be considered in the near future.

and exit? Not to mention that the gates work 10% of the time. What about the appearance of the complex, I haven’t lived here long, but I know I’ve only seen the gardeners one time. Only because the grass was 3ft long. And security, saying there is no crime is a lie. What about the couple that had somebody kick down their door? Did management show everyone that footage? Did management inform residents that the guy was armed? Did they tell you there was two people? And their resolution... switch apartments. Did they mention that the security officers just started and sit in their cars half the time. Only one of them is actually out of his car walking the premises! If this is your last resort, maybe move in. Honestly, find a better place than Bella Vista Pointe. I wouldn’t have left a review because I think it’s a waste of time, but Lisa would not return my call and maintenance thought it would be a good idea to turn off the water, with out informing residents, while my wife was in the shower. This is the first step before contacting the property management. And to all readers be thankful I didn’tlist the maintenance problems and how long it takes them to get the work done. Lisa feel free to call me! New guy thank you for fixing the Admin mistake that I’ve been charged for every month I’ve lived here. Not to mention within 5 minutes! Read your bills before you pay, check your Non-Compliance Insurance charge, especially if you have insurance. Will update once I have spoken to the owners, or when Lisa makes contact.
