    September 24, 2018
    Management felt labor day was the perfect time to shut down the pool and resurface the patio. Weather was still warm, many residents upset they couldn't use the pool for 3 weeks. Over a month later, pool still not open. Disappointed. Some residents leave their cats out to roam at night, one residents cat got into a fight with another residence cat that jumped into their patio area.

  • Nice to Stay here

    Bellagio is good place for living. For Amrican Express employees, this is really nice place as it is very colser from here. It is very close to a Walmart Supercenter, Target, Ross, TJ Maxx, Costco, BestBuy, and more. The apartment has a great layout, with full size washer and dryer in apartment.

    When I first moved in it was great, but after a year the rent went up. It continued to go up every year! Keep in mind the apartment complex has been under new management, thanks a lot equity residential!!

  • New Managment is putting in much needed updates

    I have lived here for over 2 years and Equity was great but Holland is putting in what seems like tons of money to update this place. The community is nice but the pool and especially the grill really needed a face lift. Now it looks much more like it belongs in North Scottsdale and I hope they keep it up. Location is why I picked Bellagio in the first place but the maintenance is great and I feel safe so I will probably be here till I buy a house.
