Bad customer service and discrimination
August 15, 2015I called this property to inquire about an apartment for my developmentally disable niece . The woman I spoke with informed me that pets were not allowed, but I told her that my niece has a registered therapy animal. She told me that she had to talk to her office and would call me back the next day to let me know if they could make an exception. She never called back, even after I called again and left messages. I consider this to be very bad customer service, not to mention, descriminatory!Review from Apartments.com
Loved our Apt for 18 years
July 21, 201518 years ago we were looking for an apartment in a nice neighborhood and after looking at quite a few we stumbled across Bellows Court. I am so glad we did. The landlords are fantastic , the neighborhood is quiet and the location is very convent. The grandkids all love the indoor pool and never want us to leave for that reasonReview from Apartments.com
