Lived here for two years and it was exceptional, in my opinion. Very friendly receptionists. Staff are all great and the size of the building makes it feel very homely. Maintenance was prompt and the building was able to handle any issues that popped up. Also, generally just less problems than you'd expect in other apartments in DC. For example, we never once saw a bug in our Berkshire 15 apartment, whereas we've had a decent amount in the (also nice) apartments we've stayed at prior. Location ...
is great too - you're so close to stuff, but the noise isn't a big deal. I lived in 3 different apartment buildings in DC and Berkshire was the best by far.

I absolutely love this community! The modern decor of the building is absolutely fantastic. This is the first place I lived that has an on-site concierge staff. The community and concierge staff is very helpful and friendly, and they provide a first-class customer service experience. I highly recommend this community. The staff is AWESOME!!!

I've lived here for a few months now and everyone I've interacted with has been very professional and helpful. The building is brand new and they spared no expense on the finishes. I toured other luxury apartment buildings in the city, and they all have cheap appliances, terrible counters and cabinets, but Berkshire15 has really put through into all the finishes. The staff is out of this world helpful! They are typically on-site or respond very quickly to any questions or concern. There ...
are events for people living in the building and the rooftop offers incredible views and is a nice spot to hang out in the warmer weather. The location is very nice as well. A few blocks from everything without the noise of U or 14th.
