There's nothing horribly bad about this place, except for the plumber coming over for a backed up sink in the bathroom every couple of weeks. There's nothing amazing here either. You get an apartment and a parking space. That's it. The manager is friendly but always MIA. You live next to the street so there is some, but not a lot of noise. I would say my upstairs neighbors are more noisy. The management is quick to reply to emails about unit repairs but very slow when replying about lease ...
questions. Overall, it's a decent place. Not amazing, not awful. Just so-so.
