The staff is degrading and disrespectful. I have had a good time living here until having to get something fixed. I told them to call me before the maintenance man was coming and they didn't, he just let himself into my apartment-and as a young woman that made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable that a grown man can just come into my apartment whenever he wants and I brought the issue up to the staff and they said it's their property and they have the right to which is very alarming that they cannot call ...
before. And the manager is the most argumentative, and unprofessional person here. I recommend NOT living here.

Bexley Village is a great apartment complex. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the price is about as low as it gets in Greenwood. There are not a lot of frills for the apartments themselves, but I wouldn't expect much for the price. Residents tend to be quite friendly and clean. Overall we're very happy here.

The grounds are maintained neatly and cleaned. Its like they take pride in the cleanliness of the community. It is refreshing to pull in to the community and already feel clean. The inside corridors are always clean and kept up. The apartment is just the right size with all the right amenities. And the maintenance staff has always been extremely prompt with keeping up with the work orders. They have always responded the same day. I am so happy that I moved where and when I did!

Apartment life is ok at this time in my life. I was divorced 5 years ago and found Bexley Village Apartments. Rent is fair, grounds are kept up fairly. The carpet should have been replaced when I moved in and they don't offer carpet cleaning when you move in after your lease is up. Utilities are gas, electric and water which are pretty fair based on. Maintenance is fair to above average.

So happy I moved to this community!! It is nice to pull in and see that the grounds are kept neat and tidy! The buildings are always cleaned and maintained. The staff are awesome as the maintenance crews are prompt and courteous and the office staff always wear smiles and are very helpful. The apartments are spacious and have plenty of closet space. Having the washer and dryers in the apartments are like a little bonus making the apartment more like home!!

So happy to have moved to this Community! It's a quiet community where the buildings and the grounds being kept up and cleaned! Maintenance are very prompt and courteous while the office staff are always helpful and with smiles. The apartments are spacious with great closet space and they are a pet friendly community.

Such a quiet area. Pets are welcome. Most of the dog owners who walk their dogs, pick up the poo after. There will always be those who rebel. The Office Staff are always personable and ready to help with a smile. Maintenance staff are extremely prompt. Love it here!

Bexley Village Apartments are set in a beautiful park setting with ponds, grassy areas, a sparkling pool and a tennis court. The apartments have spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and even a washer and dryer in every apartment!
Management is very attentive and professional and the few times I have had to call maintenance, they have shown up promptly and fixed the problem the same day.
