I have never lived anywhere this bad before

I can not wait till my lease is up this place is beyond disgusting. I strongly hate living here!!!! Bugs in all the apartments, the pools are always filled with moldy leaves from the trees or candy all over the ground because the people who live here are FILTHY! I could go on and on about how horrible the last year has been here and I’m counting down the days to get the helll out!!!

I wish I could leave 0 star ! Very bad , worst place and dirtiest place I’ve Ever seen , very very noisy !!. My place must be smoking free, but it is not ! First when I moved I requested a maintain twice for fixing broken window and tub water, nobody respond ! You don't own one thing in your property, every day robbery !!!. No parking space at all, they just care about money

I lived in for an entire year from July 2015 to July 2016. The landlord prior to the property being bought out was very reasonable and worked with me! The new property is charging me $171.00 for turning in my keys late although I was out of the apartment just before the lease is up. These people kept my deposit so I do not see what i could possibly owe them! My apartment was spotless so the cleaning fee should have been returned to me but why charge me all because I turned in the keys late and ...
have a judgement on my credit which now hinders me from signing any new leases! And know that 1 star I rated them is not worth it!

Very noisy

This place was great tell they had a bunch of people move in. They had been doing a great job then all of a sudden there are now people outside tell 1 in the morning playing loud music, getting high, drunk, and people banging on the wall all of the time. I can't keep my window open at night because of it. All the owners care about it money. Cant wait for our lease to be up and leave. Please avoid this place.

Loved this place tell new owners took over. Went to renew out lease and raised out rent 100 dollars us if we wanted a washer and dryer on our place it would be an extra 50 dollars. We have always paid our rent on time and never late. Then I was in a car accident and lost the gate key. Before these greedy owners took over I only paid 15 dollars for a gate key when they took over they wanted 50$. What they like to do is keep the gate open the first week of the first or so while people move in. then ...
once they close he gates to where they make you go buy a key. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance. They do a good job. Avoid this place unless you want to be charged for everything. If you want recent tenets to stay you don't raise everything up.
