November 25, 2025It’s really clean, the people are quiet, trash is usually really fast. I haven’t had a chance to check out the club house except for the tour but it seems really nice, I haven’t enjoyed my new home thus far and hope that continues for the futureProperty Manager Responded

October 28, 2025I really love the Birdsong but there are a few things that get overlooked. The dog park is going downhill and there is a lot of dog poo in the grass throughout the complex. Some of the down pipes for the gutters are disconnected.Review from Apartments.com
