Horrible management!

They don’t care for tenants, no sympathy no nothing. If you address an issue you’re on your own it feels like. They won’t do anything until months later, or if you constantly complain about it. Management and maintenance need some updated training. They’ve been here for over a decade and I feel like at this point some retraining is due. Very rude like in my opinion.

My brother and I applied to black stone acres for a 2 bedroom apartment. We were told My brother does not qualify due to a collection on his credit, but I was told I qualify...later that day they called me and told me I do not qualify for the 2 bedroom but I do qualify for the 1 bedroom. The next week I paid my deposit, two days after that I was told I do not qualify for the one bedroom after my money was taken...that was six days ago and Blackstone acres is still playing games with my ...

deposit...they hang up in my face when I call to ask about my refund even I call there main office I'm getting hung up on....DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! They also have roaches
