I lived here for a year..they are older but well kepted and very peaceful..Enjoyed my stay here..Will get 2 bdrm next time one bdrm bath is small...other than that my stay here was wonderful..Moved out of town..

I have enjoyed my stay because it seems more like a family environment. It's quiet and peaceful here. I really enjoyed the office staff because they have been very respectful to me and I appreciate it.

This place is terrible! ive lived here for several years, when i first moved in i loved it, but as time went on it became terrible! There's been 2 shootings, one of which the guy died outside the apartments and police didnt catch the guy who shot him. there is NO SECURITY! Rent keeps going up and the apartments are definitely NOT worth the price they are asking for 2016. I dont suggest anyone move here! Management is nice but the maintenance is terrible and CHEAP! instead of fixing the problems ...
with my apartment by installing new parts, they have drilled holes in my floor, painted over mold,and rigged my air conditioner thats covered in rust.. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

this place is a dump. I was going to move there but I changed my mind for various reason. when we visited the apartment I was going to move into. the living room window was broke. came back two weeks later just to check out the place again. the window was still not fixed. there was a heavy smell of marijuana. Also the managements are thieves. after letting them know that I was no longer interested, they forge my signature on the leasing agreement, put someone in the apartment under my name and ...
after 9months sent my name to collection for unpaid rent. keep in mind I never lived there. for your sake DO NOT live there you can find a better place with the price they're proposing.

It's a really decent neighborhood. There's a pool that hasn't been open for years and the play ground is terrible. We recently got a laundry room which really helped out alot. The environment is pretty quiet and peaceful at times. Rent used to be a phenomenal price but sadly it has gone up about 100 dollars. It is still a great place to live but the price increase is a total bummer.
