It is very nasty with roof damage. To top it off very incompetent Manager. Im not sure if she has proper knowledge of property management or even finished high school. She does not know how to spell or even speak. Does not even walk the property at all and lies alot. They think nobody will see it but god sees everything.

Hi so I live at these apartments and trust me I’m very tempted to break my contract with these people. I’ve tried everything I clean, like super clean,bleach is everywhere, trash is out everyday but nothing these apartments are plain nasty they are infested with roaches I’ve told the guy to come and spray and nothing, I’ve bought stuff myself and nothing just please don’t bother. There’s mold everywhere the roofing is bad, also ac is just a big box bringing dirt inside,they are veryyy old just ...

Pleaseeeee don't move into these apartments they are infested with roaches and management doesn't do anything. All residents pay a monthly fee for pest control and I made a request many times and they never came. There were many nights where they would crawl on the bed and on us ugh! gross thats all I have to say. Please don't waste your money here. They painted over old wall paper, there's mold, just dont please.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE! Arman made me pay a fee as an act of "faith" in order to approve my application for an apartment. No one at the office knows what they are doing, they NEVER return calls, or listen to their voicemail. had to wait additional weeks to move in because they continued to state that the apartment was not ready. After setting a second move in date, they called to say it was still not ready. Because of them I had to do more work and spend my funds. there is a HUGE ROACH ...
